Directions for Glengariff	From New York City...Via L.I.E: Exit 39N (Glen Cove Road). Continue north into Glen Cove. Bear left on overpass: at end of road turn right and proceed to 4th traffic light. Turn left onto Dosoris Lane, approximately 1 mile to Glengariff sign. Turn left; follow private road to facility. From Eastern Long Island...Via L.I.E: Exit 41N (#107 North) to Glen Cove bypass. Proceed to end of road and turn right. At 4th traffic light turn left onto Dosoris Lane, approximately 1 mile to Glengariff sign. Turn left; follow private road to facility.

Directions for Port Jefferson	Yahoo Locator Map! From all points takes L.I.E. to Exit 64 (Route 112 Coram-Patchogue). Go north on 112 to Village of Port Jefferson. Turn left at Liberty Avenue as you near bottom of hill on Main Street. Then left again on Dark Hollow Road. In less than a 1/2 of a mile, you will see the Port Jefferson Health Care Facility to the left rising out of the wooded hillside.
